Tips for getting a good night's sleep:
1) Avoid having snacks before bedtime. This will raise your blood sugar.
2) Read something spiritually uplifting instead of a mystery or suspense novel that will have the opposite effect.
3) Take the television out of the bedroom. Televisions are too stimulating to the brain and will take you longer to fall alseep.
4) Sleep in complete darkness whenever possible.
5) Go to bed as early as possible
6) Avoid caffeine and alcohol
